Managing enrollment, scheduling, and parent communications across multiple sites had become increasingly complex. Staff were spending too much time on manual processes and not enough on direct engagement with children and families. The leadership team recognized the potential for technology to help but lacked a clear roadmap for what to build and how to implement it without disrupting day-to-day care.

Sierra partnered with Impact Early Education to map their operational challenges and design tailored technology solutions. By embedding engineers and working closely with administrators, Sierra helped scope opportunities for automation, data tracking, and communication improvements, all aligned with the rhythms of early education.
